Guarantee Plus Bonus – (Selected Drivers Only)

Cars Criteria 

  • Any car not older than 2010 (2010 – 2017), excluding Cultus, Mehran or Bolan.

Guarantee for Go Class: 

  • 3000 Per Day
  • Hours Online 14 (1 shifts – 5am till 7pm) (2 shift 3pm till 5am) 100 (50 day shift / 50 night shift )
  • Rides 13
  • Acceptance Rate 90%
  • No Rating Applies on the Guaranteed Amount
  • Dress Code Applies (POLO T-SHIRT or Dress Shirt with Tie )
  • No Gutka or Paan
  • No Complaints
  • No Cancellations of Jobs unless authorised by the office.
  • Must not go in No-GO Areas and park.

Bonus Rate for Chauffeur on 14 days:

  • When Earn 38,000 to 50,000 Bonus is 10,000
  • When Earn 20,000 to 37,999 Bonus is 7,000
  • When Earn 15,000 to 20,000 Bonus is 3000
  • When Earn less than 15,000  or Rating falls below 3.5 No Bonus will be paid

Penalties:

  • 1,000 Fine if the complaint is lodged against chauffeur.
  • 1,000 Rupees fine if the chauffeur is found guilty of harassing or stalking any female customer.
  • 1,000 Rupees fine if the chauffeur is found guilty of abusing customer verbally or physically.
  • 1,000 Rupees fine if the chauffeur is found guilty of distributing the customer’s contact details.

Cars are subject to inspection and approval by management. CNG cars accepted with the certificate of fitness.


Payments

  • Limofied process weekly payments to drivers/vendors on Mondays each week, and also collect any outstanding balance on Tuesday of each week.
  • Bonuses are paid fortnightly (14 days).
  • Guarantees are paid monthly (1st of every month)

 

Restrictions

Chauffeur receiving guarantee will not work with any other company like Uber or Careem or URIDE.

  • Any Sedan car not older than May 2015

Guarantee for Premium Economy or Business Class: 

  • 3600 Per Day (Paid Monthly)
  • Hours Online 14
  • Rides 13
  • Acceptance Rate 90%
  • No Rating Applies on the Guaranteed Amount
  • Dress Code Applies (Dress Shirt with Tie)
  • No Gutka or Paan
  • No Complaints
  • No Cancellations of Jobs unless authorised by the office.
  • Must not go in No-GO Areas and park.

What you MUST do:

  • Must keep 4.5 Ratings at all time.
  • Must have an acceptance rate of 90%.
  • Must complete minimum 13 qualified rides a day.
  • Must stay online for total of 14 hours a day
  • Must complete the driver training with Limofied HR Team on 100% marks.
  • Must register yourself as a chauffeur with Limofied driver app.
  • Must have a clean, undamaged car. (Car Criteria Applied).
  • Must be on time for bookings at all time.
  • Must dress professionally as prescribed by Limofied.
  • Must maintain proper hygiene at all time.
  • Must keep the car clean and well-maintained at all time.
  • Must drive in a prompt and legal manner following all road rules.
  • Must maintain an even temper and a non-abusive or aggressive behaviour, tone and language. Must be courteous and respectful of all Limofied customers regardless of race or religion. 
  • Must maintain the standards contained in this document and in subsequent official Limofied communications, whether in hard copy or electronic format.
  • Must report any incident or accident involving car or customer immediately to Limofied’s call centre at the earliest opportunity (either during or immediately after the journey).

What you MUST NOT do:

  • Must not park in the no-go areas, must move according to the instruction of the dispatch operator as requested.
  • Must not call, text or stalk any customer whether male or female.stalk any customer whether male or female.
  • Must not distribute the customer’s contact details to anyone.
  • Must not engage in the conversation with the customer discussing Politics or Religion
  • Must not eat Gutka, Paan or smoke inside the vehicle. (No Exceptions)


What is the Qualified Ride?

  • Must have a rating more than 4 stars.
  • Must not have a complaint against the driver for that ride.
  • Must not have a dirty car inside or outside for that ride, must not receive a complaint about the cleanliness.
  • Must not driving dangerously or breaching the traffic laws, argue or speak in the rude tone to the customer.
  • Must wear clean and pressed Shalwar Kameez, or full-length Trouser and Collared Shirt, or collared Polo Shirt. NO T-Shirt, Shorts or any sports clothing are allowed.
  • Must have a clean appearance with neatly shaved or trimmed facial hairs if you want to grow the facial hair,
  • Must not have body odour, oil smell from hair oils, or have a bad breath smell.


Immediate Suspension of Drivers:

  • Refuse to help the customer with the luggage
  • Refuse to help elderly passengers.
  • Eating Gutka or Pan or Smoke during the trip when the customer is onboard


Instant dismissal from service and forfeiting all bonuses:


  • Customer lodges a complaint of driver abusing customer verbally or Physically.
  • Customer lodges a complaint of driver harassing or distributing their contact information.
  • Have any complaint lodged against you for drink driving or driving under the influence of drugs.


Note:

If you have any complaint lodged against you, we will investigate it fairly and if you come out to be NOT AT FAULT then we will allow you to resume your services and the Bonus for that fortnight, but if you do come out to be AT FAULT then your bonus for that fortnight will be cancelled and you will be terminated immediately. You will only be paid the fare amount of 75%.


Non-Disclosure Agreement:

I agree to keep confidential, whether I come by that as a result of working with Limofied or from discussion with LIMOFIED staff.


  1. Any knowledge of Limofied’s operational or business structure.
  2. Any conversation between the customers onboard while they are on a trip with myself or my chauffeur.

Confidential Information shall not include information which:


  1. Is or becomes public knowledge otherwise than through default on the part of us, our employees or any of our advisers or any Informed Person; or
  2. We can demonstrate is already lawfully in our possession prior to its disclosure to us by you; or
  3. We are required to disclose by order of a court of competent jurisdiction or the rules of the Security Exchange, Tax Office or other federal agency which we are bound to provide by laws of the land.

 

Jurisdiction

This undertaking represents an agreement between us which shall be governed by the Laws of Pakistan, Jurisdiction of Sindh High Court only.


Collections and Payments


  1. Limofied process weekly payments to drivers/vendors on Mondays each week, and also collect any outstanding balance on Tuesday of each week.
  2. You must pay all outstanding balance to Limofied on Tuesday each week. Any delay in payments may be reported to the debt collection agency.
  3. Any charges incurred in the collection of outstanding debt will be my responsibility.


Restrictions

Chauffeur receiving guarantee will not work with any other company like Uber or Careem or URIDE.


NOTE:

LIMOFIED RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR AMEND ANY TERMS OR CONDITION UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY OF ANY CHANGES MADE.
