If your Android passenger app is frozen or doesn’t respond properly, it may be an authentication problem with your Google account. Deleting and adding your Google account again should fix that issue. Please follow the steps below on your Android phone.
- 1 Go to Settings->Accounts
- 2 Choose your Google account and press Remove Account:
- 3 Add account again:
- 4 Enter your details and sign-in:
- 5 That's it. Now run passenger app again
